I'm a Mac user; not that I dislike PC, I've owned both and just prefer Mac. I have two Mac OS machines at home and one at the office. One reason I love the Mac platform is that it is so maintenance free. However, one downside to owning Mac is when you do have trouble with one you have to hire a detective to locate a good IT guy that understands the Mac OS. When the computer store that sold my equipment to me couldn't resolve my connectivity problem, they referred me to Eddie. He bulldogged the problem until he fixed it. I'd use Eddie anytime I needed an IT person.
